Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to products supplied by MANVAS Group Pty Ltd within Australia.

1. Delivery Options

Available delivery methods depend on the product, order size, weight, destination and access requirements.

Smaller products may have shipping calculated at checkout.

Large, heavy, long, fragile, custom-made or project-based products may require an individual freight quotation before the order is finalised.

A delivery option displayed at checkout does not include installation unless installation is expressly included in a written MANVAS quotation.

2. Sydney and Surrounding Areas

MANVAS can arrange delivery within Sydney and surrounding areas.

Delivery charges and vehicle requirements depend on:

  • the delivery address;

  • product dimensions and weight;

  • order quantity;

  • unloading requirements;

  • property and vehicle access; and

  • any special handling requirements.

Applicable delivery costs will be displayed at checkout or confirmed in writing before the order is finalised.

MANVAS does not offer universal free delivery. Any delivery promotion applies only where expressly stated and remains subject to its published eligibility conditions.

3. Interstate Delivery

Interstate delivery may be arranged through third-party carriers for eligible products.

Availability, freight charges, estimated delivery timing and unloading requirements are confirmed according to the individual order.

Customers should contact MANVAS before purchasing large, heavy, fragile or oversized products requiring interstate transport.

4. Kerbside Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, large-product deliveries are provided on a kerbside basis.

Kerbside delivery means delivery to the driveway entrance, front boundary or nearest safe and reasonably accessible unloading location.

Kerbside delivery does not include:

  • carrying products through the property;

  • placement at a specific installation location;

  • installation or assembly;

  • crane or forklift services;

  • removal of packaging or existing products; or

  • waiting time caused by unavailable or unsafe site access.

Any additional service must be agreed in writing and may incur an additional charge.

5. Site Access and Unloading

The customer must provide accurate information about:

  • delivery address and access;

  • gates, driveways and vehicle restrictions;

  • slopes, low clearances or narrow roads;

  • loading zones or parking restrictions;

  • stairs or difficult access;

  • required crane, forklift or mechanical unloading; and

  • any other condition that may affect safe delivery.

The customer must ensure that the delivery location is safe, accessible and ready to receive the goods.

If delivery cannot be completed because information was incomplete or site access is unsafe or unavailable, reasonable redelivery, waiting, storage or carrier charges may apply.

6. Special-Handling Products

Special delivery arrangements may be required for products including:

  • stone and stainless-steel water features;

  • long decking, cladding, fencing or edging products;

  • pergola components;

  • oversized planters;

  • heavy or fragile products; and

  • products requiring a tailgate truck, forklift or crane.

Delivery methods and charges for these products will be confirmed separately where they cannot be calculated accurately at checkout.

7. Customer Collection

Free collection by appointment is available for eligible products from:

MANVAS Group Pty Ltd
Unit 4, 22 Tepko Road
Terrey Hills NSW 2084

Customers must receive confirmation that their order is ready before attending the warehouse.

Customers collecting goods are responsible for providing a suitable vehicle, appropriate load restraint and safe transport after collection.

MANVAS may decline to release goods where the proposed transport arrangement is reasonably considered unsafe.

8. Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery timeframe provided by MANVAS or a carrier is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Delivery timing may be affected by product availability, order preparation, carrier scheduling, destination, weather, public holidays and access conditions.

MANVAS will provide reasonable updates if a known delay materially affects an order.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law where goods are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time.

9. Authority to Leave

Authority to Leave is available only where offered by the carrier and authorised by the customer.

The customer must nominate a reasonably safe and accessible delivery location.

The carrier may decline Authority to Leave where the nominated location is unsafe, unsuitable or inaccessible.

Photographs, tracking information or carrier records may be used as evidence of delivery.

Authority to Leave does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Inspection, Damage and Incorrect Deliveries

Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If goods appear damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please:

  • record visible damage on the carrier delivery record where possible;

  • retain the product and packaging;

  • take clear photographs; and

  • contact MANVAS promptly with the order number and relevant details.

Prompt notice helps MANVAS investigate the issue with the carrier. Failure to notify MANVAS within a particular period does not exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Delivery Problems and Additional Charges

Reasonable additional charges may apply where delivery is affected by circumstances within the customer’s control, including:

  • an incorrect or changed delivery address;

  • nobody being available where attendance is required;

  • undisclosed access restrictions;

  • unsuccessful delivery caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions;

  • additional waiting time;

  • storage requested or caused by delayed acceptance; or

  • redelivery requested by the customer.

Any known additional charge will be communicated where reasonably practicable before the additional service is provided.

12. Written Quotations and Order Confirmations

For products requiring an individual delivery quotation, the applicable written MANVAS quotation or order confirmation will specify:

  • delivery destination;

  • agreed delivery method;

  • freight charge;

  • unloading arrangements;

  • included and excluded services; and

  • any special access requirements.

Where there is an inconsistency between a general statement on the website and a product-specific written quotation, the written quotation applies to that order, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

13. International Enquiries

International shipping is not offered as a standard online checkout service.

Customers seeking international delivery may contact MANVAS. Availability, freight, documentation and responsibility for import requirements must be confirmed separately in writing before an order is accepted.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
