Installation Requirements

Designed for direct face fixing of compatible MANVAS Composite Decking products.

Pre-drilling is recommended where required to reduce the risk of splitting, surface damage or incorrect screw positioning.

Screws must be installed into a suitable structural subframe.

Do not overtighten the screw head against the composite surface.

Fixing locations and screw spacing must be selected according to the decking product, subframe arrangement and project conditions.

For a more concealed face-fixed finish, compatible MANVAS Colour-Matched Plugs may be used where the board is prepared using an approved counterbore fixing method.

Supply & Installation

This product is supplied as a system component for MANVAS Composite Decking projects.

Availability is subject to the selected decking product, colour, project quantity and current accessory stock.

MANVAS can assist with complete decking material supply and installation where required.

Warranty & Technical Information

This fixing component is intended for use with compatible MANVAS Composite Decking products.

Decking board warranty terms apply separately to the relevant decking product.

Correct fixing selection, installation and use of a suitable structural subframe are required for the decking system to perform as intended.
