Each board measures 5400 × 142 × 22 mm and features a wood-grain surface with a concealed fixing system for a clean, consistent finish.

Installation Requirements

Recommended installation requirements:

Side spacing: Set by the approved concealed fixing system.

Allow appropriate expansion gaps at board ends according to installation conditions.

Minimum 10 mm clearance must be maintained from walls and other fixed structures.

The substructure must provide adequate drainage and ventilation and must not be installed directly onto soil or persistently wet surfaces.

The deck and substructure must allow positive drainage and prevent standing water.

All board ends and butt joints must be independently supported by the subframe.

Install over a suitable external-grade structural subframe, such as treated pine, aluminium or another approved system.

Joist spacing, fixing requirements and expansion allowances must be confirmed according to the product installation requirements and project conditions.

Warranty: 15 Years

The warranty applies subject to correct storage, handling and installation in accordance with MANVAS installation requirements.

The co-extruded surface is designed for outdoor use. Colour and surface appearance may vary slightly between production batches and may change gradually through normal outdoor exposure.

Delivery, installation and project-specific requirements are confirmed separately where applicable.
